Britt is the Chief Executive Officer for Avior.
Britt’s story begins in Nebraska where he learned the importance of tenacity and resiliency from his parents and grandparents. Both sides of his family built their own businesses with hard work and grit.
They passed along to Britt an inheritance of knowledge as well as a passion. At the young age of 7, he was already introduced to the concept of compound interest. He was fascinated by the idea of a person’s money working for them, freeing them up to live the life they wanted to. By age 12, he discovered how the stock market worked. To Britt, the stock market perfectly demonstrated the wisdom of Zig Ziglar, “You can get everything you want in life by helping enough other people get what they want.”
He knew instantly that his life’s work would be tied to this idea – that his life improved when he invested in helping others reach their goals.
He’s grateful to have found a great team of people that share his vision for serving others. Alone, he’d never have built what he and his teammates have built together.
Britt holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has over two decades of experience in listening, then helping people make financial decisions aligned with their true purpose.
Outside of work, Britt loves finding adventure either through the storyline of a movie or his journeys away from home. If he’s not in Omaha, you may find him near the ocean or mountains. Both places help to keep him humble, reminding him again that he is just one part of this whole beautiful existence.
