Caitlin Durham

Caitlin was born and raised in a small gold-mining town in northern California. She moved to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Statistics. In college, she worked as a Resident Advisor and as a Learning Community Mentor for a first-year student Statistics course. Her strengths include collaboration, problem-solving, and data analysis. She hopes to apply her strengths here at MTWM as well as develop new skills to build her career. Prior to working for MTWM, Caitlin worked at a local coffee shop and roaster in her hometown where she developed a strong affection for coffee.

Caitlin enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, paddle boarding, gold panning, and camping. Her favorite places to visit are the Empire Mine, Malakoff Diggins, and the Yuba River, all famous for their contribution to the gold rush. She has a Pembrooke Welsh Corgi that she takes everywhere. You might run into her at the bookstore looking for the latest young adult fiction series.
