Sharlee L. Cretors , MBA, CFP®

Wealth Advisor

Sharlee is a Wealth Advisor and President of SC Financial Services, a d/b/a of Avior Wealth Management.

Sharlee is a seasoned financial professional with a big-picture perspective and a real-life commitment to helping clients. In 2003, she established SC Financial Services as a woman-owned advisory firm dedicated to helping busy executives work through the complexities of their financial lives. Sharlee has spent nearly thirty years in financial services and has an undergraduate degree in Economics, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s (MS) in Financial Planning. She has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 1993.

Though she is an analytical and pragmatic thinker, empathy is the handmaiden of Sharlee’s advisory approach. Her concerns are the concerns and interests of her clients. Her goal is to see their vision, so she can help them achieve it. But she is also a strategic thinker with both the knowledge and ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems and challenges. There’s nothing Sharlee likes more than solving seemingly insurmountable problems.

Most of Sharlee’s clients are pre-retirement aged business owners, executives, and professionals needing to make crucial retirement decisions during some of the busiest years of their career. Sharlee understands that financial goals and life goals are inextricably linked. So, she coaches towards both, working personally with her clients and their families to help them make sound, unbiased decisions that align their financial lives with their life goals.

Sharlee graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Economics. In addition to the CFP designation, she has an MBA from Arizona State University and an MS in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. As a certified professional speaker, Sharlee enjoys speaking to groups of any size on financial matters related to life transitions. She is also a partner of Social Venture Partners (SVP) of Arizona, a philanthropic organization investing like venture capitalists–with time and talent, as well as money–in non-profits engaged in community and education-based projects.

Sharlee and her husband and business partner Kurt live in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have two very busy daughters in college.
